Keto Chocolate Mousse
- 1 tbsp of Coconut or MCT oil
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 270ml AYAM Coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Nut butter of your choice
- 1 Raw egg
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Collagen powder
- 1 tsp Silicea (optional)
- Gently heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 2 tbsp of Cacao powder in a saucepan for 5mins
- In a food processor, combine the following ingredients: 1 Avocado, 270ml Coconut cream, 2 tbsp nut butter, 1 raw egg, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp Collagen powder and 1 tsp Silicea. Blend & serve, or pop in the fridge to set until you have your deserved thickness.
- Top with activated nuts, seeds, shredded coconut & sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
