Online consultations have never been easier, since the introduction of the Skype & Zoom platforms available on your computer, laptop, iPad or phone. It is as simple as sitting down in your living room to have a hot cuppa with me as your virtual guest. Please refer to the step-by-step process outlined below to begin working together with me. Educating my clients about all the factors impacting their health status in straightforward language is key, so that when you receive your personalised program, you not only understand it but you can relate to what each element is achieving. When you understand WHY you would benefit from doing something, you are much more likely to do it, and the “how” will naturally follow with my guidance. When I present you with your personalised protocol, I ensure that you understand the purpose and benefit of each component and how your uniquely designed strategies will get you back to optimal health. By the time we have completed the second session, you will have a clear understanding of your holistic health picture and the pathway required to reach or exceed your health goals.

Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Book this consultation if you are a new client. During your initial consultation I will:
- Take detailed case notes outlining your holistic health picture
- Discuss your personal goals, boundaries, scope & budget
- Consider clinical lab test options, if warranted
- Collaborate with you to define your ultimate strategy
- Outline a personalised step-by-step plan for your health journey
- Do Constitutional Iridology (Iris Analysis) with photos & report
Follow-Up Consultation
Contact us to book if you are an existing client. This is a follow-up from the initial or previous consult where I will:
- Track and review treatment progress
- Adjust treatment strategy to meet current status
- Ensure alignment with original health goals
- Prescribe treatment for our next phase
- Identify & address any remaining issues
The Process
1. Make a booking
Please use my Calendly link to select your appointment type, choose Zoom as your consultation method, add your mobile number for SMS reminders, and proceed to payment.
2. Complete Questionnaire
(New Clients)
New clients will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the questionnaire prior to the Initial consultation. Providing this information ensures your consultation runs smoothly as possible, and that you receive the best possible treatment.
3. Receive Zoom Link
Your booking confirmation email will also include a Zoom link. Use this link on the day of your consultation to begin your Zoom session. If you’ve never used Zoom before, click here to watch a quick video on how to join a Zoom meeting.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do virtual naturopathic consultations work?
Before the consultation: You will need to fill out a detailed questionnaire here that will provide me with an insight into your health history.
During the consultation: I will seek to understand what issues are troubling you the most, assess your previous health history, diet and lifestyle, identify your goals and the outcome you want to achieve.
Following the consultation: Based on the assessment, I will spend some time developing a personalised treatment plan which will include your naturopathic prescription, action items, diet/lifestyle recommendations, referrals, or further information you might need. This will all be emailed to you.
I will send what you need: I will post to you any relevant tests, supplements or referrals you may need.
What if I need tests done?
Lab test requests forms are emailed to you for test kit orders to be sent to your home or your local nominated Pathology Collection Centre.
What do I need in order to have a video consultation?
All you need is an internet connection and a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and inbuilt speakers (or you can use headphones). It’s as easy as clicking on the link in the email to prepare for our appointment at the allocated time. You can even test it out a few minutes beforehand. Regular phone consultations also work well.
What if I don’t have a camera?
Video consulting is still possible without a camera, however I won’t be able to see you but you will still see me and any resources I may screenshare with you. Alternatively, we can do a phone consultation.
How do I pay?
You’ll book your appointment via my Calendly link. During the booking process, you’ll be taken to a payment section where you can enter your payment details to secure your appointment.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation email which will give you the option to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note our cancellation policy: To respect our time and other clients, we kindly require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full appointment fee.
