Salicylate Diet
There is a strong association of salicylate sensitivity with ADHD, due to their neuro-excitatory effect. Common symptoms include: hyperactivity, emotional melt-downs, hives, migraines, sinus, asthma and bowel disturbance. It fosters an addictive emotional attachment to their consumption, due to acute dopamine spiking brain reward.
