As an experimental generation on the effects of a high carbohydrate diet in response to commercial agriculture, processed foods and food marketing. We are all finding the need to recalibrate our macronutrient composition to help our digestion cope with the assault of modern foods by detangling ourselves from eating habits we grew up with.

A low carbohydrate + high healthy fat diet has been termed Paleo or Keto to help differentiate from what we are all familiar with. Dividing our diet equally between carbs, proteins and healthy fats helps reduce the burden of imbalanced excessive impact on digestive function and integrity.
