If you haven’t been receiving my email, it’s likely the emails are going to your SPAM box. To make sure they go into your inbox, please try the steps below.

1. Add my email address: support@kimballerobyzen.com to your contacts or address book. This tells your email service that you want to see emails from me and will land in your inbox instead of SPAM.
2. If my emails end up in SPAM anyway, open the email and click ‘Not SPAM’ or ‘Not Junk’. Your email service will remember this for future emails.
