What is Insulin Resistance?
Insulin resistance is the central dominator of all the metabolic conditions we are wanting to avoid, such as: Diabetes Type 2, Metabolic Syndrome (Pre-Diabetes), Cardiovascular Disease, Obesity, Weight Loss Resistance, Prostatitis, Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Dementia/Alzheimers, which have now been relabelled as Diabetes Type 3.
PreV Insulin Reset has been designed to improve insulin sensitivity and help prevent diabetes without changing diet and/or lifestyle. This 3 month clinical trial has been setup to demonstrate just that.
Insulin Resistance Test
The most accurate way to assess your insulin sensitivity vs insulin resistance is to do a simple Insulin Resistance Blood Test ($98), which measures both fasting glucose and insulin to calculate your HOMA-IR Score (Homeostatic Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance).
- Less than 1.0 means you are insulin-sensitive which is optimal.
- Above 1.9 indicates early insulin resistance.
- Above 2.9 indicates significant insulin resistance.
Test Process
- To order a test, click the button below and it will take you to an online form. Please fill out your details and make payment.
- You will then receive an email from Nutripath with specific test instructions.
- The test will be posted to you and is conducted from the convenience of your own home. Test results can take between 2 weeks from when the lab receives your sample. Note: sample collection should be taken on day 21 for menstruating women.
- Once results are received, you will be contacted to book a 15min review via phone or Zoom.

Cinnamon
